All our products are totally vegan: we use vegetable cellulose envelopes that do not contain any animal trace, as well as our gummies that are made with fruit pectin.
Our food supplements are therefore completely consumable for a vegetarian or a vegan.
All our products are gluten free
None of our products contain lactose, so people who are intolerant can follow one of our cures without any risk.
Some of our products are compatible with intermittent fasting since they do not contain calories. You can take our food supplements without breakfast in the morning. On the other hand, if you wish to take our drainer or our rice proteins, you will have to wait until you have broken your fast before consuming them: this does not pose any particular problem, the active ingredients will be just as well assimilated if they are taken in the early afternoon. Just be careful not to take them too late, so that they do not disturb your sleep!

Be sure to store your supplements away from light, heat and humidity. Places like the bathroom or refrigerator should be avoided.

The expiration date of food supplements is specific to each product. It is indicated on the back of the label.
Opening or crushing a capsule or softgel is generally not recommended. The galenic form has been designed to allow the release of the active ingredients at the right time and in the right place in the body. Modifying it could therefore reduce its bioavailability. As for tablets such as Acerola, this does not alter their quality so you can do it without any problem.
It is recommended to follow the suggested dosage found in the " instructions for use " tab on each product sheet. Furthermore, if you are undergoing medical treatment or taking other supplements, we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor beforehand.
All our food supplements are natural, it is a requirement that is irrefutable for us.
Unfortunately, the entirety of our catalog is not organic but we hope it will be in the future. However, several of our products are organic such as Complexes 1, 2 and 3, Acerola 1400 and Spirulina.

Sometimes, the Post Office encounters problems during the delivery of parcels: wrong direction, lack of information on site or lack of access. Contraindication
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are very particular times, during which we must be particularly careful with what we consume. We therefore recommend that you consult your doctor about the composition of the program you wish to follow, to ensure that it is compatible with your situation. The active ingredient to which we pay particular attention in our programs is vitamin A: the intake must not be too high for the baby, so it must be controlled. Other active ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy: all this information is detailed in the tab "Directions for use" on the description page of each product, which must be read.
If you are already undergoing medical treatment, it is important to consult your doctor before using any dietary supplement: some active ingredients may react with medications or medical conditions.

During menopause, it is important to pay attention to what you consume. In the context of food supplements, vitamin A must be given special attention, as it can increase the risk of osteoporosis.
